Dr. Jay Davidson BFR Bands Workout

  1. Could one use these bands to reduce bloat & weight around the torso? Would that even be safe to do? (ie., too close to the heart & organs?)

    I value what you recommend and want to understand better how to use the bands safely, I have a set already, I need videos of where to place them, the reps etc.
